Vinyasa & 1 Hour Flow
Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement. Vinyasa, or Flow Yoga is a weaving of classical hatha yoga postures: sun salutations, back bends, forward bends, twists and inversions, designed to give full range of motion to muscles, bones and joints, and greater connection between movement and breath. Suitable for all levels.

Stretch and Relax is a chance to take the time to focus the class on the group that is present... Each class is tailored
to the people who attend.
